Real Estate Solicitor - Agile Working Pattern
A global pre-eminent top tier Legal 500 listed commercial practice is keen to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to its formidable Real Estate Team which is based in the heart of Birmingham city centre.
This firm is a very highly regarded full service international practice and has a well deserved reputation for being a major heavyweight that prides itself on providing a first class service. The calibre of the firms' lawyers is second to none and the practice is able to boast a level of technical excellence that enables it to act for multi-national corporations, international financial institutions and FTSE 100 companies.
The Real Estate Team, which is rightly proud of its award winning status and acts on behalf of a stellar client base emanating from sectors such as leisure operators, investors, developers and retailers, is keen to hear from a Real Estate Solicitor with anything from 2 to 6 years' PQE who has experience of advising on freehold acquisitions and disposals, conducting the full range of property due diligence, undertaking title investigations and negotiating landlord and tenant matters.
This opportunity will allow you to participate in some of the largest and most technically complex commercial property deals in the country. You will have an abundance of face to face client time and will be required to provide innovative solutions to complex financial issues relating to large property projects so this is very much a role for someone who is ambitious and who has a desire to deal with challenging subject matter in the company of some of the very best lawyers around. In addition, you will be afforded the opportunity to be heavily involved in business development and further raising the teams' standing within the market nationally.
This is an ideal opportunity for those seeking to take their career to the next level and join a team that is at the very top of its game. The remuneration package is excellent and there will be significant opportunities to progress through the firms' structure meaning that long term career aspirations can be met. A very competitive benefits package is also on offer which includes 25 days' holiday, life insurance, private health care insurance and also travel loan schemes. Quite simply, the experience gained at this practice will open doors for you in the future. There is also a dedicated agile working policy to enable you to benefit from a genuine work/life balance.
