A high street Private Practice in Essex requires a Civil Litigation Lawyer to join them for one year on a part time basis. Due to the fact the role is to start ASAP, candidates need to be available immediately or on short notice and be able to commit to two days per week.
The caseload will include:
- Litigious family matters,
- Contentious probate,
- Debt collection
Candidates with a broad litigation background are encouraged to apply. Successful candidates are required to have previous experience in handling a full litigation caseload without supervision. Previous locum experience will be of benefit but not a pre-requisite.
