LAW Absolute is currently working with a trusted Local Authority based in the Home Counties. Our client requires a Legal Business Support Officer to join their team for an initial three months, with a strong likelihood for extension.

The position

If your application is successful you will be expected to carry out various administrative duties including:

  • Processing invoices,
  • Handling general inquiries,
  • Assisting the Head of the Legal with finance matters and,
  • Managing the team diaries.

The role will require the successful candidate to take an active role in developing smoother operating processes to enhance the efficiency of the authorities operations. Experience working in a legal setting previously would be advantageous.

The Local Authority is based in a lively area surrounded by excellent transport links to London.

Due to the urgent nature of the role, it is imperative that you can hit the ground running from the outset and can deliver excellent client care skills.
