Expanding practice seeks dynamic Commercial Property Lawyer for busy team in Kent.

The Role
Working within a Partner-led team, the successful Lawyer will advise clients including: property developers, companies and private land owners on a broad range of commercial property matters with minimal supervision. Areas may include but are not limited to: Landlord and Tenant matters; freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals; developments; property finance; assignments and surrender of leases and; planning applications. In addition, the successful Lawyer will pro-actively build and maintain client relationships and promote departmental services through involvement in business development and networking initiatives.
