Employment Lawyer

This mid-sized international law firm is currently looking to recruit an Employment Lawyer around the 3-5 PQE level, with experience gained from either a large City or leading regional firm. The department is independently recognised as one of the best and most experienced teams in the country. Clients include the finance directors, HR teams and in-house employment lawyers of many major UK and international companies.

Applicants must be team players with a strong academic background and an outgoing personality. You must be technically excellent but equally important, commercially aware and enthusiastic about business development. The role will involve a great deal of litigation work, such as High Court and Employment Tribunal, as well as investigations work. Successful candidates will have experience of dealing with cross-border issues, strategic employment law advice, and senior executive/board room matters.
