The team is looking for an associate with around 1-2 PQE and some experience in, and enthusiasm for, employee share schemes work. The team advises corporations on employee benefits: equity and cash bonus arrangements, mostly (but not exclusively) on tax and transactional issues. They also advise on employee trusts, including advising trustees, and firms in the financial services sector on how to comply with Remuneration Codes.
