Family - Paralegal
My client a well established law firm are currently looking to recruit an experienced Paralegal with a strong background in Family to join their rapidly and expanding team. The role is based in Leamington Spa. The firm can offer flexibility with a fantastic working environment, a superb quality of complex work and all this within their head office.
To be successful you will:
* Ideally have 2-3 year's experience in a similar role
* Operate independently and part of a team to deliver the best outcomes for the clients and team members
* Have excellent client care and inter-personal skills, operating with integrity and showing empathy and intuition
* You will be able to organise your workload in order to meet tight deadlines
* You will have strong communication skills
* You will be professional, personable & detail orientated
* Empathy to people with disabilities, a professional telephone manner with strong attention to detail and excellent IT skills.
