Solicitor - Residential Conveyancing (Haxby)

A great opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join a respected firm based in Haxby.

The position requires solid Residential Conveyancing knowledge, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate an understanding or have practical experience of the new Help to Buy scheme, be capable of investigating plot titles for both freehold and leasehold titles and skilled in acting for plot buyers on local and regional new build developments for both cash investors and clients with mortgages.
