Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / FILEx / CLC
1-2 years PQE in Ashford, Kent

A leading Law firm in Kent are currently looking to appoint an experienced and ambitious Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / FILEx / CLC with 1-2 years PQE to work full time, based at the Ashford office but to work in Canterbury initially and later transfer.

The main purpose of your role will be to undertake a Residential Conveyancing caseload and deputise in the Partner's absence.

Key Job Responsibilities/Duties:
- Manage your own caseload of Freehold and Leasehold transactions; both Sales and Purchases including New Builds
- Dealing with Re-mortgages
- Preparing and advising on Transfers of Equity
- Preparing and advising on Residential Tenancy Agreements
- Assist in the identification and development of new business opportunities for the department, through networking with local estate agents and other referrers
- Attending various public events in the local community as the Department¿s representative.
- Attending property department meetings and such training courses as determined by Head of Department

Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Work hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
