Chadwick Nott are recruiting for an experienced Costs Draftsman for a new London based opportunity to join our client, a leading International Law Firm.
The role will involve dealing with a mixture of personal injury and clinical negligence cost matters, of both fast track and multi-track values. The ideal candidate will have upwards of 12 months experience working within Costs with a specific focus on Personal Injury and/or Clinical Negligence. The role will involve drafting, negotiation, costs budgeting, attending CCMCs and detailed assessment hearings and settlement. You may also be required to supervise junior members of the team.
This role would suit an experienced Costs Draftsman with experience in dealing with Fast and Multi track PI Costs, advocacy experience and sound budgeting drafting experience. The firm are happy to consider candidates coming from Specialist Costs Companies and also In-House.
