Legal Advisor - Commercial (Maternity Cover)

Our client is a part of one of the world's biggest travel brands.

They are looking for a lawyer to join them on a 14 month contract to assist with a wide variety of commercial contract driven work.
The role will involve:

- Advising the Group in Intellectual Property matters and managing the Group's intellectual property portfolio;
- Drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements including: supplier agreements, I.T. contracts, software licences, agency agreements, consultancy agreements and confidentiality agreements;
- Drafting and advising on the Group's standard terms; customer contracts and website terms / privacy policies;
- Building and maintaining successful relationships with relevant industry and trade associations, and dealing with any issues arising with regulators
- Supporting the marketing teams on matters including advertising and promotions
- Advising on the application of current and impending legislation, ensuring the Group is kept up to date on any changes in legislation, as well as advising on compliance and risk.
