Word Press Developer
An exciting new project has arisen with a top 100 law firm who are looking to innovate their existing website and build, test and implement a new intranet!
By refreshing the current WordPress based website duties will include:
- New homepage design with vertical scrolling
- Ensuring foundation is able to support new initiatives
- Fully interactive
- To include current and any new plugins
- To recommend any additional WordPress assets
- Compatibility across platforms
- Ensure the WordPress site and its plugins are secure against external attack and comply with recommended industry standards.
Intranet
To build, test and implement a new intranet platform based on WordPress.
- Ensure the WordPress site and its plugins are secure against external attack and comply with recommended industry standards.
- Document all intranet configuration to allow for the continued support and development of the platform.
You will be able to demonstrate experience of architecting, developing and supporting web content management systems, have a solid understanding of WordPress standards, database structure, themes, widgets and responsive mobile development. experience with version control systems and, development experience with the following technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery, PHP, SQL, Linux, MariaDB.
You will also have knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Custom Search) and related analyses and the ability to design and implement web services.
