Chadwick Nott have been instructed to find an experienced RTA Fee Earner for a leading Boutique specialist law firm based in central London. Salary will be dependent upon each candidate's experience and will be to c£33K.
The role will involve handling a caseload of RTA files from inception to conclusion. You should have experience dealing with all 3 stages of the MOJ Portal and ideally have had some exposure to the litigation process also. You should have experience dealing with fraud or LVI allegations as part of a previous role.
Applications are invited from candidates with upwards of 2 years experience dealing with Fast and Multi Track claims. You should be able to run your own caseload under supervision and have a proven track record of settling files. It is essential that you are organised in your approach to work and are able to work to strict deadlines.
