An exciting new opportunity for a Property Litigation Solicitor with a leading City law firm.  Previous experience of dealing with property litigation matters is essential and you are likely to have gained experience in another City firm.

The successful applicant should expect to handle a broad range of landlord and tenant litigation work You will be acting for a top level client base, institutional clients and funds, landlords, developers, transactional clients, land owners and some occupiers.  You will deal with

• the full range of commercial property litigation disputes,
• forfeiture,
• rights of light,
• development disputes,
• property contract disputes,
• nuisance,
• contested lease renewals  
• property-related negligence.
