Structured Finance Associate

This leading Magic Circle firm is looking to recruit within it's Structured Finance team, which is incidentally widely regarded as a leader in the markets which it operates.

With ambitious growth plans, the team has grown well over the past few years, but is keen to expand even more. The team is regularly engaged in transactions in the UK, across the rest of Europe, the US, the Middle East, Australia and New Zealand.

You will ideally be between the 2-7 PQE bracket and willing to expand and complement your existing skills and experience by working on a range of structured finance transactions, involving capital markets, securitisation, derivatives and banking technology.

Another key part of the role will involve working in the growing collateralised loan obligation (CLO) market. The team are leaders in this area and have recently expanded in New York to build a truly global CLO practice.
