A well established full service law firm on the Merseyside/ Lancashire border are currently seeking a Qualified Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their successful Property team.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years PQE dealing with both commercial and residential property matters.
Your caseload will consist of primarily commercial property matters including landlord & tenant, sales & purchases, leases as well as easements & covenants. You will also be dealing with a small caseload of residential property matters.
