A top tier national law firm with excellent existing Commercial Property offering is looking to further augment their Healthcare Property Development specialist team with the addition of an experienced, Associate level, Commercial Property Solicitor.
The department services a fantastic clientele (on behalf of national and regional NHS clients) on a diverse array of instructions including: purchase, licenses, acquisitions and disposals, and medium to large-scale developments. It is required that the successful applicant will have demonstrable retail and development experience as part of a very well regarded Commercial Property department.
