Product Liability solicitor

My client is looking to appoint a high calibre Assistant solicitor around 4-5 PQE to join the consumer law and Product Safety department. The ideal candidates involved in investigating and pursuing litigation.

The work will also involve representing clinical trial participants and product liability.

To be considered for this position the successful candidate must display solid experience within a Personal Injury/Clinical Negligence department, due to the complexity of this caseload the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience post qualification. Experience of consumer law/defective products would also be highly advantageous.
