Global law firm seeking a technically astute Corporate M&A lawyer

LAW Absolute is delighted to be working on behalf of a highly reputable, leading US firm who are currently looking to fill an interim opportunity within their Corporate team. Due to a recent influx in transactional matters, the Corporate team seeks an experienced extra-set of hands to assist with the influx, initially on a three month contract basis.

The role itself offers a dynamic workload including; cross-border M&A work and private equity investments you will also assist the disputes team on the corporate transaction aspects of their cases. The role will therefore offer the successful candidate an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to high quality work across a broad remit of sectors including financial services, retail and oil and gas.

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a closely-knit team, comprised of a diverse group of solicitors who have an exceptional market presence.
