Multi-accredited firm requires an additional Private Client Lawyer in the Gloucester area.

The Role
Our client is now seeking a talented and client-focused Private Client Lawyer to join their flourishing practice in the Gloucester area. As part of a growing, specialist team, the successful Lawyer will enjoy a varied caseload, acting for a range of clients to include those with large, complex estates. The ideal Lawyer will have expertise in all aspects of Wills and Probate, incorporating estate planning and administration, creation and administration of trusts and elderly client matters. Lawyers with STEP membership are desirable with an aptitude for business development being essential for the position.

The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3 – 5 years’ PQE gained within a reputable Private Client department.
You must have excellent technical skills with expertise encompassing all aspects of WTTP matters.
You will be client-focused with first class interpersonal skills across all levels.
Applications from those with STEP membership or working towards full accreditation are particularly sought, although this is not a pre-requisite for the position.
You will be IT literate with excellent drafting skills and high levels of accuracy.
Prior business development experience is desirable, with a willingness to become involved in marketing activities being essential.
You will be organised, personable, flexible and seeking a new challenge within a well-regarded practice.
