Residential Property Lawyer

Our client is a reputable multi-office regional firm and they are seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join them on a permanent basis in their Kent office.

The role is for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join as soon as possible and assist with an existing caseload. The successful Residential Property Lawyer will be looking for someone who is capable of handling their own caseloads and working autonomously on transactions from instruction to completion.

Properties will vary in value and the successful candidate will be working on a range of residential property matters.

Residential Property Solicitors, FILEx qualifed and Licensed Conveyancers are highly encouraged to apply to this position. It is essential that the candidate is comfortable case handling and is able to work autonomously on working a transaction from instruction to completion. Residential Conveyancing candidates should also come across professional and charismatic due to the heavy client contact required for this position.
