Company/Commercial Lawyer

THE FIRM:

Our client is an established mid size law firm with an outstanding reputation in the London market, advising large multinational clients ranging from UK and international corporates to financial institutions and entrepreneurs.

THE ROLE:

A new role has arisen for a company commercial lawyer to join a team which advises clients on a broad array of matters ranging from data protection, privacy, negotiation to commercial contracts.

You will be working on a mixed caseload providing guidance ranging from major strategic issues to day-to-day matters.

THE CANDIDATE:

To be considered for this position you will be a pro-active 3-5PQE company commercial lawyer with excellent academics (2:1 or above) and a proven track record from a top national or City law firm.

You will have good drafting skills and an understanding of technology and commercial agreements. Any knowledge of GDPR would be a distinct advantage.

Successful candidates will have excellent communication and organisational skills, coupled with a flexible and adaptable attitude and the ability to build strong working relationships quickly with a diverse client base.
