COMMERCIAL PROPERTY LAWYER – LONDON – PERMANENT POSITION
Excellent opportunity for a commercial property lawyer to join a well known London law firm’s commercial real estate / commercial property law team (on the edge of Central London). Their commercial property team is looking to recruit a commercial property lawyer for their specialist commercial real estate / property practice.
This law firm is looking to recruit a commercial property lawyer with experience of dealing with a range of freehold and leasehold commercial property work including real estate acquisitions and disposals, secured lending/ property finance, landlord and tenant matters and property development work. The firm’s commercial property practice has a specific focus on the leisure sector.
The candidate should be client focused and wish to engage in networking and business development activity.
