Senior Corporate Legal Advisor.
I am working with a leading corporate services provider with an international outlook who are looking to appoint an experienced, client-facing Corporate Legal Advisor with extensive company secretarial knowledge to lead and develop the team. Broadly, this role will be split between legal, compliance, management and business development duties:
Legal:
Providing and developing corporate legal service offering, including:
Compliance:
Management:
Business Development:

Broadly, this role will be split between legal, compliance, management and business development duties:
Legal:
Providing and developing corporate legal service offering, including:
- Drafting corporate agreements
- Share option schemes
- Provide point of reference for initial legal advice of clients
- Development of Cosec bulletin on legal developments
Compliance:
- Leading the compliance team and optimising existing processes
- Providing point of reference for compliance team and oversee day-to-day work
Management:
- Managing the Cosec team’s daily processes and long-term development
- Mentoring and coaching members of the department
- Project development in accordance with legal requirements and market sentiments
Business Development:
- Taking an active part in winning new business, and developing existing relationships
- Representing the department and company at networking events
