This large international firm are seeking a Senior Paralegal or Legal Executive to join their Housing and Regeneration team in Manchester to work on Sales and Home Ownership matters.

This team provide a range of services including acquisitions, sales and purchases, shared ownership, open market sales, Help to Buy, staircasing and licence to assign to Registered Providers and Private Developer clients.

As Conveyancing Legal Executive you will advise on broad ranging conveyancing matters including plot sales, shared ownership, right to buy, purchases on behalf of Registered Providers, and leasehold management. You will have conduct of your files and build/maintain client relationships. If you are from a more general conveyancing background, you are still encouraged to apply.
