Senior Residential Conveyancer

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and dedicated Senior Conveyancer to join an award winning Residential Conveyancing practice based in Liverpool.

The successful candidate will have previous legal experience, gained within the Residential Conveyancing Sector and will join a highly professional and motivated department of a leading law firm, where they will support Solicitors whilst also dealing with their own caseloads of high value conveyancing matters.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing a caseload of residential files from start to completion, be capable using case management system, proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and have excellent customer service skills. In addition you will have experience of leading and developing a junior team whilst taking responsibility for your own case load.

To be considered for the opportunity you will be a Licensed Conveyancer or Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years experience.

Salary is competitive and dependant upon experience.
