An Associate / Legal Executive is required to join a growing Plot Sales department within a highly regarded law firm.
Acting for a broad range of clients; house builder, retirement housing providers, commercial developers and housing associations.
The role:
- Preparing sites ready for plot selling
- Working in a timely and efficient manner
- Acting for a range of clients
- Plot sales
- Home exchanges
- Resales
- Help to buy sales
You will be:
- A legal executive or Solicitor
- Experience in Plot Sales work
- Knowledge of site set up
- An excellent communicator
- Able to liaise with Clients, Consultants to obtain all necessary information for mixed use schemes with complex structures
