In House - EMPLOYMENT LAWYER - Leading Consumer Retail Brand - Amsterdam - 2-4 pqe Employee Benefits - Share Schemes - Employment contracts

Our client is a leading international consumer retail company who are seeking a mid level Employment lawyer to join their established legal function in their European headquarters.

As part of the global employment law team the role will report to the Europe Employment Counsel and work closely with the HR leadership team across EMEA, as well as other senior stakeholders. The role will be largely non-contentious employment matters surrounding Corporate matters but you will also advise on contentious employment matters and external counsel whenever required. You must be a UK or EU Bar qualified lawyer with 2-4 years employment law experience and working currently in-house or in private practice with a reputable employment team and have the ability to work on both domestic and cross border employment matters.

This legal team is a dynamic team of lawyers who have a good stream of high quality employment work and the right candidate must be comfortable project managing and working autonomously or as part of a team. The opportunity will allow this lawyer strong career development within the company and you will enjoy high levels of exposure to key stakeholders in the business.
