LAW Absolute is working on behalf of a Local Authority located in the picturesque South West of England who are currently seeking a Commercial Property Lawyer to join their team on an immediate basis. Our client is offering an initial three month contract, with a strong possibility of an extension.
The successful candidate will ideally have a strong public sector background, and be comfortable undertaking a full caseload covering a broad remit of commercial property matters including:
- Conducting a variety of transactional work including leases, purchases, sales, easements, licences and commercial property management work
- Providing support on property issues for corporate projects
- Advising senior officers within the practice’s local authority clients
The council offers a positive working environment and flexible working is an option. Candidates from both the public and private sector are encouraged to apply, so long as you have a previous track record of picking up a caseload from the outset.
At LAW Absolute we endeavour to respond to all applications within 48 hours. However due to the volume of applications we receive we may not be able to respond to every candidate individually. If you have not heard from us within a 48 hour timeframe your application has not been successful and your details have not been retained.
