Interim Technology Lawyer

A long term contract position has arisen for a mid-level Commercial Lawyer with Procurement/Outsourcing/IT experience to join a leading European bank based in Central London. The initial contract period will be 12 months with potential to extend.

Supporting the Global Procurement function on large scale projects you will be responsible for:

- assisting the procurement team and business lines in negotiating and drafting complex commercial agreements

- ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements

- providing support and guidance on outsourcing, IP and DP matters

- keeping templates and policies up to date, and deliver training

- enagaging with external counsel when required

To be considered for this role you will be 5 years + PQE, trained in a reputable firm with demonstrated experience in drafting and negotiating complex contractual agreements. You will ideally have worked in an financial services/banking environment and be capable of working effectively with key internal stakeholders.
