Residential Conveyancing Manager required - a high level position within a well-regarded, specialist practice in London.
Our client is an established, niche Property practice with a presence in the East Midlands and London. They provide a competitive, professional Conveyancing service to clients wholly online or by post. Their aim is to provide an efficient and friendly service to each of their clients. Currently undergoing a period of expansion they are now looking to add to their team.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an engaging Residential Conveyancing Manager to join our clients’ growing practice in London. Managing a team of lawyers, the successful Manager/Lawyer will also handle a varied caseload of property transactions for a broad range of clients. The ideal Lawyer will lead and motivate their team, encouraging accurate completion of matters within strict parameters. In addition, the ideal Lawyer will also participate in business development, assisting with the further growth and development of the department.

The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced fee-earning Paralegal with a minimum of 10 years’ PQE gained within a well-regarded Residential Conveyancing department.
Prior experience of managing/supervising a team of fee earners plus support staff is essential for the position.
You will have excellent technical skills, with all-encompassing experience in Residential Property matters.
You will be self-sufficient with the ability to motivate your team whilst managing a full caseload, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high levels of accuracy.
An aptitude for business development would be highly advantageous.
