The Role
We are now seeking a talented and driven Litigation Lawyer to join our clients’ well-regarded practice in Andover. As part of the wider disputes team, the successful Lawyer will enjoy a varied caseload incorporating: property and land issues; Consumer Act matters; contentious probate; professional negligence; debt recovery; employment and; contractual disputes. In addition, the ideal Lawyer will also handle internal debt matters and participate in business development activities.

The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least three years’ PQE gained within a reputable Civil Litigation department.
You must have excellent technical skills with a broad range of expertise.
Prior debt recovery experience is essential for the position.
You will be IT literate and able to manage a full caseload with minimal supervision.
A thorough working knowledge of the CPR and first class negotiation and advocacy skills are pre-requisite.
An aptitude for business development would be highly advantageous.
