This firm is very busy in its property teams and is now recruiting for a commercial property solicitor with at least 2 years’ prior experience to join its Street (Somerset) branch.   

This full service law firm remains small enough to provide a nimble service to clients. They advise large and small clients on transactions in all sectors including: office space, mobile home parks, retail, care homes, renewable energy, industrial units, hotels and restaurants. 

You will join this supportive team and if relevant be involved in developing new business wherever possible. 

Junior commercial property solicitors will be guided and developed with on-going training and an excellent career path.

This role could potentially suit a commercial property solicitor who lives in Somerset, works in Bristol and does not want to commute anymore. You will still maintain an excellent client base, and will likely get more hands on client contact than you might get at a much larger firm.
