Dispute Resolution Solicitor.
Established for over 100 years this 2 branch law firm in Berkshire is looking to expand its Newbury premises. Due to an influx of work our client is seeking an experienced assistant solicitor (NQ – 3PQE) to join the busy dispute resolution team.
The department focuses on commercial and partnership disputes, breach of contract disputes, property litigation and inheritance disputes. This opportunity as a dispute resolution solicitor offers a wide range of contentious work working closely with the Head of Litigation. Work will include all aspects of civil litigation, property litigation, commercial litigation and some employment law litigation.
The ideal candidate for this opportunity will be a driven and enthusiastic about all areas of dispute resolution.
From providing preventative advice through to trials you will have the ability to be strategic and organised.
