They are seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join the team. This role will suit a Solicitor or equivalent level Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer. The role will involve managing a full caseload from instruction to post-completion. A meticulous approach and the ability to prioritise in order to meet tight deadlines is required. The ideal candidate will have, or be able to develop, good local knowledge and the ability to build good working relationships with estate agents and other external professionals.

Essential

- 1 Years PQE Solicitor, or equivalent Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
- Proven ability to meet/exceed fee earning, time recording and billing targets
- Appropriate level of knowledge in Residential Land Law
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Proven ability to manage own caseload whilst working as part of a team
- Good negotiation, relationship building and marketing skills
- High level of initiative
- Reliable and conscientious
- Good communication skills
- A high degree of professional integrity
- Pleasant demeanour
