An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Private Client Solicitor (3 - 4yrs PQE) to join a well established Private Client team in St Helens. The team deals with a variety of Wills & Probate issues (including Court of Protection and Lasting Powers of Attorney) and requires a Solicitor experienced in an array of Private Client matters who is keen to be at the forefront of the team and be involved in driving the department forward!
You will be tasked with running an autonomous caseload of Private Client files (Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection applications, Wills, Probate, Estate administration etc). Working for an ambitious firm you will be expected to lead the development of the Private Client offering and be fully supported to do so.
You will be rewarded with a competitive salary (up to £45,000) and additional benefits alongside the chance to work within a well renowned and ever developing traditional full service firm.
