Plot/Residential Conveyancer

Your new company

Your new company is a well regarded international law firm who are continuously receiving awards for their work. They are now seeking someone to join their team in Manchester in order to share their successes.

Your new role

You will be expected to manage the full life cycle of your own conveyancing case load of plot sales, part exchanges and re-sales.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be expected to hold relevant experience in working as a plots conveyancer whilst being confident in using office software. You will also be required to be able to work strongly within a team and hold good communication skills.
