New and very exciting role for an experienced contentious construction lawyer with one of my large international law firm clients. The role will include supporting the Major Projects Initiative team globally (over 150 fee earners) and the Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) practice.
This is a very unique role with a very broad scope coordinating and managing global projects.
The EPC practice advises major contractors, governments and state owned entities, utilities, oil and gas majors, investors and end-users on all aspects of construction, procurement and engineering projects at all stages of the project lifecycle from structuring, procurement, drafting and negotiation of key documents, contract administration and claims management during execution of the project and formal dispute resolution procedures including expert determination, adjudication, mediation, litigation and arbitration
The client will consider a recent fee earner (6PQE+) as well as those with a PSL background.
