Legal 500 practice seeks Child Panel Member with solid advocacy and interpersonal skills in Nottinghamshire.

The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic Child Care Solicitor to join a leading Family team based in Nottingham. Working closely with senior members of the department, which includes a number of the firms’ partners, the successful Solicitor will manage a complex and challenging caseload, acting for parents and guardians in child care proceedings. Solid advocacy experience in the Magistrates and County Court will therefore be essential. Keen to get involved with business development, the successful Solicitor will participate in business development and networking initiatives, promoting the department’s services and building and strengthening client relationships. The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE;
You will possess solid general family and childcare experience;
You must be a Member of the Law Society’s Children Panel;
You will be IT Literate;
You will work well under pressure, meeting tight deadlines;
You will be a pro-active team player with a desire for professional development.
