My client is a leading global law firm who are looking to hire a Learning & Development Adviser for their prestigious London office.
The Learning & Development Adviser will work alongside a close-knit team to ensure the training, learning and development needs of the firm are met.
The key duties will include:
- Delivering a range of training including coaching, presentation and workload management skills
- Managing and taking forward various core career and skills programmes
- Reviewing and refreshing content, coming up with new learning methods & formats
- Following up on training and giving one-on-one feedback and coaching
- Providing support for individuals learning needs in an advisory capacity
- Overseeing training operations including maintenance of the LMS and training library
The Learning & Development will be a talented HR Advisor, having gained most of your experience in a law firm or professional services environment. Training, presentation and facilitation skills are key in this role, as is the ability to offer a consultative approach to individuals training needs. Strong communication skills are a must, as the role will involve influencing stakeholders of all levels. CIPD or training qualifications are highly desirable.
