Legal Counsel - IP/IT (Mat cover)

To cover a period of maternity leave, an opportunity has arisen for an IP/IT Counsel to join a highly regarded Legal team within a leading European bank based in Central London. The contract will be for 6+ months at a rate between £400-600 per day depending on experience.

You will be repsonsible for:

- providing advice on a range of IP, technology and data protection matters

- drafting and negotiating relevant documentation

- coordinating on branding and trademark filings

- supporting on local and global projects

To be considered for this opportunity you will be 3+ years PQE as a guide with either private practice and/or in-house experience in an IP/IT capacity. You will be able to demonstrate strong technical skills along with having the ability to work successfully in a team based environment.
