Property Paralegal

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Property Paralegal to join a busy local authority based in the East Midlands.

The position will be for 3 – 6 months; however there is scope for it to continue dependent on the workload and needs of the organisation.

It is essential for this role that you have recent experience working in a legal office and have property experience within the previous 3 years. The successful candidate will be supporting the Solicitor on commercial properties, which will include the following:

• Commercial disposals
• Commercial leasehold matters
• Land lord and tenant matters
• Voluntary Registration

If you have had a seat handling Commercial Property, this would also be beneficial. This position offers the successful candidate an attractive hourly rate of £15ph - £17ph dependant on experience.
