This is Senior Legal Counsel position based in the London office of a global energy generation business.
Client Details
Our Client is a global energy generation business.
Description
The successful candidate will provide legal advice and negotiate and execute contracts which will range in value, complexity and strategic importance to the business.
Profile
The successful candidate will be likely to be a UK qualified lawyer with at least 5 years of post qualification experience.
The will be likely to have trained and practiced at a top 50 ranked City firm, or have experienced gained working in an in house legal team at a business in the energy sector.
Experience of b2b and b2c energy retail will be looked upon very favourably.
