Residential Property Lawyer Job in Cardiff with leading regional law firm

Your new firm
This well established regional firm are looking for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or experienced Paralegal to join their expanding Residential Property team. This firm are renowned for providing an outstanding service to their clients and are widely recognised in the local market.

Your new role
You will provide a high quality, efficient legal service, undertaking all aspects of residential conveyancing work. You will handle a full caseload of registered and unregistered freehold and leasehold matters in respect of sales, purchases, re-mortgages or transfers of equity. Ideally you will enjoy getting involved in marketing and business development opportunities and proactively building relationships.

What you will need to succeed
A highly motivated lawyer, ideally with experience of managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing files. You will be qualified as a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer however applications from candidates with qualifying experience are warmly encouraged.
