Commercial Litigation Associate (3-5 PQE)

Our client, a US law firm, seeks a commercial litigation associate to join their disputes team in London at the 3-5 PQE level in London.

The successful candidate will join a growing and developing practice that is recognised by independent legal directories as exceptional, offering the opportunity to work with individuals that are noted practitioners within the commercial litigation sphere. Such a candidate will have trained and/or gained the majority of their PQE at a US, Magic Circle or highly ranked disputes practice within the City. Given the nature of the work and the demands of the role, the new joiner will possess excellent academics and have gained exposure to a range of commercial and financial litigation matters, including disputes with an international element.

The role will also provide for the opportunity to undertake an element of international arbitration and regulatory disputes work as well, although the predominant focus will be on the commercial litigation side.
