Trademark Lawyer (2-7 PQE)

A respected International law firm that possess are highly regarded Intellectual Property practice are looking to further grow their IP practice with the hire of a trade mark associate/attorney between 2-7 PQE.

This opportunity represents the perfect time to join a fast growing team and work directly with Partners that are highly regarded within this particular area. The successful candidate will be heavily involved in a variety of branding issues such as; trademark enforcement, clearance to prosecution, oppositions and cancellation actions.

The successful candidate will also have exposure to other Intellectual Property matters, however the main area of focus will be around trademarks. The successful candidate will work on global matters with a particular emphasis on EUTM trademark countries.

The ideal candidate would have a minimum of a 2:1 (or equivalent) from a respected University and would have gained a minimum of 2 years' experience within a boutique IP firm or a City/regional firm with a respected soft IP practice. The firm are accepting applications from trade mark attorneys, qualified solicitors and foreign qualified lawyers.
