This is a great opportunity to join a global property company as their Non-Contentious Construction Counsel.
As Construction Counsel you will report directly to the Head of Legal. You will be heavily involved in negotiating, drafting and advising on JCT contracts, procurement contracts, advising on risk, creating legal templates for the wider team, providing in house legal training for the wider team, and developing the compliance programme for the business.
You must have extensive JCT contract experience from a private practice or in-house background. You will ideally be UK qualified with 3 - 6 years PQE, with a minimum of 3 years of non-contentious construction law experience.
This is a brilliant opportunity to take on significant responsibility with excellent access to business leaders and stakeholders.
