Leading, multi-office practice with a raft of accreditations seeking an additional Mental Health Lawyer/Panel Member.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for specialist Mental Health Lawyer to join our client’s flourishing practice in Stevenage. Becoming part of an established, specialist team, the successful Lawyer will possess panel membership with the ability to act as designated supervisor. Managing a busy and challenging caseload advising patients and their relatives across the full remit of Mental Health Act issues, the ideal Lawyer will be required to attend clients at and external locations when necessary.

The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with significant experience in Mental Health.
You must possess Law Society Panel Membership and be eligible to act as supervisor.
You will have excellent technical and organisational skills.
You will be a confident advocate with first class client care and communication skills across all levels.
You will possess a good working knowledge of LAA processes.
You will be IT literate.
You will be dedicated, flexible and pro-active.
