Plot Sales Conveyancer

Top, UK based law firm with offices across the country is growing its residential development team in Manchester. This firm is well known and is able to offer a forward thinking, professional working environment.

Due to growth, our client is recruiting a plot sales conveyancer to join its team in Manchester city centre. This is a great opportunity for any conveyancers or plot sales conveyancer looking to join a commercial firm able to offer you progression an ongoing development. You will be afforded a great deal of support along with interesting files in a professional environment.

You will be tasked with:

* Preparing and issuing plot sales contracts
* Handling plot reservations
* Dealing with pre contract enquiries
* Handling exchange of contracts and completions

Ideally you will have at least 2 years' experience within plot sales, either handling a caseload consisting of only plot sales files or dealing with plot sales as part of your caseload.
