Fraud Fee Earner

A strong Fraud Fee Earner is required to join a successful personal injury department in Newcastle. It is essential you have previous Fraud experience and enjoy the investigative nature of fraud work.

The firm has a highly successful Fraud department and are looking for another fee earner to join the existing team. If you have previous fraud experience and are looking to join a vibrant team in Newcastle this role should stand out.

Role
-You will be required to manage a RTA Fraud matters and therefore naturally be required to draft proceedings, instruct and brief Counsel, review medical reports, liaise with the Insurer Client/Third Parties and negotiate settlements amongst other matters.
-As you will be managing litigated files it is essential you have at least twelve months litigation experience.

Candidate
-It is essential you have previous Fraud experience working in another personal injury department and looking to further your career within the field.
-Level of qualification is completely open and applications from Paralegals, Chartered Legal Executives, non-qualified fee earners and those working towards CILEX qualification are all happy to be considered.
-You should be confident in your fee earning capabilities and also enjoy working in part of a vibrant team.
